The member countries of the Bank have their own Family Associations. They are responsible for their own activities and the Bank has assigned them their own budget to finance them. In order to dispose of such budget, every year they need to submit a detail of the activities carried out, who took part in them and a detailed summary of the expenses incurred by the Family Association Director in the countries where the Washington D.C. Family Association has offices. Every Association is structured in a different manner, but ideally, all the groups related to the Bank should be represented: local and international employees, retired employees, spouses, partners and other family members, etc.
