Did you participate in the “I Invite You to Cook” event organized by the IDB
Family Association? This is a monthly event where members, either inCountry Offices or HQ share the cuisine of their lands. In March, the IDB Family Association of Haiti was invited to host this event and we got to know about the cuisine of this fascinating Caribbean country. And as Haitians, there is no better dish that could represent us than our “Soup Joumou” in Haitian Creole, or “soupe de giraumon” in French.
