EAP: Employee Assistance Program

The Bank offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a confidential counseling and referral service to assist staff and their eligible dependents, and consultants, with personal or work-related problems that adversely affect their quality of life.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential, short-term counseling services and addresses a broad and complex body of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being.

Who can use LifeWorks?

The EAP is available in HQ and COFs for IDB Group staff, consultants, and eligible dependents.

What is available at LifeWorks?

Consultations. Confidential consultations are available for advice and guidance to help you manage whatever sensitive situations you are facing. Whether it is personal or regarding the workplace, professionals will be there to help. These consultations are available in-person or by phone. You can visit their website or the LifeWorks app for more information.

Online resources. All employees can access a wealth of articles, toolkits, audio recordings and additional online resources and information to support their mental, physical, social, and financial well-being.

LifeWorks counselors and online resources are country-specific; their local presence enables LifeWorks to offer high-quality services to you in your country’s primary language.
