The IDB Family Association is present in 26 countries throughout Latin America and The Caribbean. Each one of them is in charge of the local activities and programs, including the welcoming of new IDB Families when relocated from abroad.
Every Association is structured in a different way. However, ideally it should depict as much as possible the population of the Bank: Active employees (local and international), Retired Employees, Spouses, Domestic Partners, and other family members.
