What is domestic abuse?

Domestic abuse is the misuse of power or the use of force within an intimate relationship. It involves domination, coercion, or intimidation of a partner or another household member. It is behavior that may include:

  • Physical & sexual abuse
  • Emotional & psychological abuse
  • Financial Abuse
  • Cyber abuse​

EAP: Employee Assistance Program

The IDB Group Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through Cigna Healthcare. It provides free and confidential counseling services to employees, consultants, and dependents to address a broad range of issues affecting your mental and emotional well-being.
